Attorney Patricia (Pat) Cresta-Savage offers clients the assurance of more than fourteen years of experience providing independent legal representation in civil and criminal matters in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Pat is engaged in the general practice of law. Pat's focus is on criminal defense (felonies and misdemeanors); Sex Offender Law; white collar crime; employment discrimination, including race and gender/sex discrimination and harassment; general employment law including terminations and negotiation of severance; civil lawsuits representing either plaintiffs or defendants; contract law; small business law; and elder law, among other types of cases.

ABOUT NINA BAEK
Ms. Baek graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. In 2008, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. During law school, Ms. Baek clerked at Bernetich Esquire and Associates, P.A., where she conducted legal research and analysis, and drafted documents for small businesses, large corporations, and individuals in the areas of business law, corporate law, and individual and corporate taxation.
Ms. Baek subsequently clerked at Foran & Foran, P.A., where she conducted legal research and analysis, drafted pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and provided trial preparation in various civil, criminal, and worker's compensation matters. Prior to joining the the Law Offices of Pat Cresta-Savage, LLC, Ms. Baek served as an attorney/consultant for the defense on a multi-million dollar pharmaceutical lawsuit."
